A customer before joining the team 7 years ago. Today she is Nicola's right-hand woman with a huge depth of ingredient and formlating knowledge supported by her corporate career.

"I have worked for Hack Up now for 7 years. On joining I brought with me a wealth of understanding of my daughter's horses, who have had the privilege of competing at Villamoura in Portugal.  Before working for Hack Up I had been searching for supplements to help our horses compete at their peak and found Hack Up. I loved their products and their effectiveness and when unforeseen circumstances occurred, which meant I had to say goodbye to the corporate financial world, I decided to contact them and see if they had any openings to work for them. The products were aligned with my passion for all things natural so it was a perfect match. Today I love helping our customer's horses be the best they can be at whatever level they are, from happy hackers to top-level competition horses and ponies. I find the work incredibly rewarding and over the 7 years I have gained a wealth of knowledge and work with a great team of talented individuals.

I have always had a passion for and used holistic alternatives, along side the conventional clinical solutions. For us the combination of the two have worked well on both our horses and within our family. 'Magic' has certainly happened in our house!

Today, I often hear very similar stories of owners who have struggled and their animals have helped them through troubled times. Having indepth trauma knowledge it has helped me support customers in similar situations and I have become a trusted support to these lovely customers and their animal therapists. This makes me feel fulfilled and rewarded on a daily basis.

The power of the ingredients and the benefits that we hear and see daily is so rewarding and refreshing in times that feel so troubled for so many.  We want to reach out to as many people as possible to support them in finding alternative routes to providing maximum comfort and support for their horses whilst respecting the clinical solutions that many of us could not live without.

Together Nic and I have 15 years of dedicated knowledge and development of bespoke customers and their supplements. We build files of responses of the individual and learn about every case independently but draw on similar scenarios. We support our founder Alex and his animal-loving and businesswoman wife, Jayne, two very different people who bring a broad scope to the business that has made it as successful and award-winning as it is today.

I love what I do and am passionate about talking to our fabulous customers and helping them find the best solution to help their animals be the best they can be.  It is a pleasure to be a part of this incredible journey."
