The only bespoke supplement company to gain the prestigious ISO90001 accreditation.

We are hugely proud to announce that this month we have been awarded the International Standard ISO9001 for the formulation and creation of bespoke natural supplements for horses and dogs. This level of accreditation is normally only associated with larger companies but was strategically within our sights in 2016 due to the globalisation opportunity that presents itself to dedicated digital businesses.  We hand make our bespoke supplements with the care, knoweledge and attention usually seen in a small family run business supported by our ‘blue chip style’ systems and thinking – amalgamating both these worlds to for our customers enables us to have an open and honest relationship with our customers, based on trust and traceability.

Winning the Entrepreneurial awards in 2016 was where we were first acclaimed by ‘tech giants’ as being truly innovative in harnessing the power of automation in an industry not normally associated with ‘tech.’

Our knowledge of the supplement industry is in highly depth and spans over 25 years and 1,000’s of horses.   We do not create a pot of magic but we do have 1000’s of customers who are seeing the benefits of bespoke. Many start sceptical but then are so thrilled to see positive results that they are then self-motivated to share their story. Daily we support owners with retired horses through to compeition riders who bring us into their world of professionals including farriers, veterinary physiotherapist and vet.  Our experience, ethos, systems and products give us the capability beyond any other in our field.
