I just found a lovely forum post from you....
I recently met Alex Gingell of Hack Up (what a lovely and knowledgable chap) and he has made me a bespoke supplement for Roger to keep him sound as he has a bone chip in his knee following a field injury last year. The supplement is 80% Glucosamine, 10% MSM and 10% Zeolite as apparently Zeolite enhances the action of the other ingredients. Of course it is anecdotal but he is 100% sound 10 months after diagnosis of the chip and some associated arthritic changes (he hacked a little over 30 miles in total last week and would happily have done more).
