Grass roots riders give Bespoke a voice

Bespoke began with discerning customers who just loved their horses and wanted to have an input into their supplements - all because they care.

Our dream of digital Bespoke began with social networking. As Alex was out at shows and Jayne was working on a social campaign after previously working on a Derby House and Katie Price campaign, the two worked hand in hand and the concept rapidly evolved.

Nothing at Hack Up Bespoke is launched until it is fully approved by all the authorities so before the site was even started the flow and way of it working gained all necessary approvals. This is still a practice that is active today. So if you ever upload a story and seeyour words are being changed, this is our team working tirelessly to ensure we are not breaching any rules or regulations from our customer's enthusiastic and wonderful stories.

The grassroots riders and social is how Sarah Healy first saw where Alex Gingell was actively developing supplements. "I knew the Gingell name so when I saw facebook I had the confidence that this was a true horseman who had been in the industry all his life. "My first words to him were 'I do not want to spend too much and am trying to get my retired injured ex International horse back out to compete with my daughter' - and he did just that!"  "Today my children have gained 3 gold FEI medals on our pony who has been on Bespoke since the day we bought him - when you see something work so effectively you would be missing a trick not to support the whole yard." said Sarah Healy whilst we were filming her kids with Horse & Hound.

Many riders are doing just the same thing! When they know a friend on the yard or in a riding club they trust their opinions over and above anyone else's as it is a first-hand experience that they are drawing off.
