Our formulators have spent many many hours creating the enquiry forms. We believe we have an ideal set of questions (47 in total) to help us get a broad and deep understanding of your horse's (pony/dog) individual situation.
On absorbing the information given we often make calls direct to the customer to clarify certain points that could be interpreted differently. It's only then and at this point that we're happy to create a formula that would suit.
The thought of recommending any product, whether a Joint formula or a Calming formula, to any customer WITHOUT knowing the details of the individual situation would sit extremely uncomfortably with us now.
Situations change though. When they do, you must tell us formulators about it immediately via your Bespoke Page, whether on the Buy & Book facility or not. We can REFINE your formula at any point to best suit the new set of circumstances.
