Safe and secure jobs and supplies for horses and dogs

We understand how everyone feels right now and for our caring customers, their horses and dogs are right at the heart of yours and our emotional responsibilities.

The whole ethos of bespoke is to nurture, understand, and to love our animals, it just so happens that the herbs and minerals of bygone eras are the way we demonstrate it. We completely care not only about our animals but our friends, family, customers and teams that are around the world.

The safety and security of all customers pre-booked products is of paramount importance and we have secured months of ingredients at our isolated location. Where our factory is based is surrounded by 10 times more horses than humans.

Our NHS needs to be supporting those who are getting very poorly. We are therefore requesting that all our riders stay at home and do not travel off their yards. We are working hard to support you with the increased presures. At this time we need to stay calm to help our horses and dogs, however with change of routine they may need more support, and we are here to help.. We are currently talking to trainers and behaviorists to build up a bank of support which will be available on our digital platform.

Riders in local postcodes have identified themselves to us as freelance support for anyone who gets poorly or who can not get to their horses. With over 36,000 registarted riders we can ensure that all the data protection procedures are also maintained through this period.

We have to work on staying safe with our world and our animals and we are working up plans rapidly to do this.
