Wine O'Clock during Lockdown

During lockdown, every evening from 6pm to 7.30pm Alex is making himself available to 3-4 customers, every day, 7 days a week.

Every day rolls into one in lockdown. It feels as if there's no Monday morning, no Friday afternoon and no Saturday evening. It's simply a journey.

Understandably, we're seeing a big increase in activity in an evening as the weather gets darker and colder and we're seeing a bigger surge as we get closer to December.

This is the time when busy people have the time to relax and talk horses, putting right what they can. So we are adapting to this need and want to give time slots to horsey folk (plus dog owners) in need of this faclity, perhaps 'over a glass of wine' into the evening.

Thousands of customers know well that Alex has never not answered his phone or responded to a message or text outside of normal working hours. In fact he's often speaking with customers at 10pm at night and 6am in the morning. Not helping someone in need when they need help simply doesn't sit right with us at Hack up Bespoke.

So book a slot with Alex in an evening and he'll give you the time to talk through your equine or canine situation and requirements. Whether it's a new enquiry, a refined formula or needing help understanding the Buy & Book facility, Alex will give you the time you need. 

You'll be able to discuss more than just supplement options too, as after all supplements are only a small part of the overall formula to getting your horse to in tip top condition and firing on all cyliders. Talk through routine changes, feed, training techniques and practical husbandry too.
