Holistic health is close to Ann's heart and she wants the best for Jenny her mare. Bespoke calmed her from aged 5 but her needs have now changed and we have targeted her bespoke combos to joint, digestive, and respiration.
The bespoke solution for Jenny, the unraced TB mare, really has shown Ann how truly hand-selected and adaptable it is. I inherited Jenny's for bespoke formulation targeting calmness, which was particularly important for me as I have had extensive knee surgery, so calmness on a pure TB was sensible but she was so calm that I now feel I have safety and security established in our relationship. My new goal of moving up to medium dressage in 2023 means I have to work to support the areas I feel Jenny needs help with. I need more jump, more push, more power for this higher level. So after time, consideration and discussion the focus for 2023 for Jenny is on her mobility, comfort, digestion and respiration. I do love my vets, but for me at this time I believe I am seeing just glimmers of chronic conditions due to age that, for me, require a natural and preventative approach as she is 12. I also work closely with Bowen Therapy treatments to keep us in tip top condition. Being on the wrong side of 60 and having undergone extensive surgery on both knees, one having ACL and the other 26 pins and two plates above and below the knee.
With all this preparation for 2023 I am looking forward to having the support for Jenny's mobility and comfort as we train up the levels with our amazing trainers and our full team of support around us. Knowing that I have Bespoke support as soon as I need it. It is also very reassuring as they will make any changes to every supplement delivery that we have throughout the year, to reflect where we are in our journey of training, goal-setting, fitness and competition.
