Clare gives her honest opinion on Hack Up Bespoke and the Buy & Book (subscription) facility....
"I have been a client of Hack-Up since before they were online having been recommended by a friend back in the day. I have had all 3 of my horses on Hack Up bespoke products and felt that they have contributed to their daily well-being and performance. Every time I have had the need to contact Hack Up the service has been helpful and efficient. I have also attended an open day and seen how the bespoke products are formulated for my own eyes. My current horse is on a good all round bespoke product to help support him in his growth and development from an un-backed, just gelded 4 year old to an ever growing, with teenage attitude, 6 year old!
The Buy & Book is a great facility which removes the need for me to remember (memory like a sieve!) to order every month so I don’t run out. Cost effective and HackUp let me know when they are preparing the next batch to send so I can tweak or delay/bring forward the dates to suit. Payment is split over 3 months for the whole year which really helps to manage the purse strings."
