Frankie gets a small dose in the morning of his show of 25 ml then 45 mins before warm up 50 mls. He feels no different to ride than he does at home but I feel I have his full attention and there for no silly behavior. So for now on Liquid Caalm is an essential tool to our enjoyment in the ring.
