Your supplements are so easy to use and it is good to know there are no "fillers" diluting the product so I really do get what I pay for.
I also very much appreciate your contacting me to make me aware that I could save money by ordering in advance with your B&B membership scheme. This has particularly helped me because I often forget to re-order things until the last minute. Your reminder texts mean that Kestrel never goes without his supplements. Your staff were also considerably helpful when I was originally dosing too little (my mistake) and so had loads leftover.... it was no problem at all extending the delivery date until I was closer to running out. No waste of product or money! Win win!
On an environmental note I am glad that you offer biodegradable packaging with your reusable tins and paper pouches instead of plastic pots.... I have been trying to drastically reduce my plastic waste and this helps me achieve my aim.
