I have used Liquid Caalm when we need a little extra on top of Pascha's daily bespoke calmer. Pascha can be a very spooky horse so it just takes the edge off her to keep her focused on the job without loosing any spark. I generally use it on competition days and add it into a small feed.

I tend to give 1 dose in the morning before putting travel boots on, as she used to be a nightmare when she saw the boots as so excited, now as good as gold. Then I tend to do one more dose when we get to competition.  If we are doing an event and time spread out then i will give a 3rd one throughout day if needed but as her schooling improves and she gets older I am finding I need the 3rd one less and less.
